Which hikes does David like to lead the most?
Red Rock: Juniper, Gun Sight
Charleston: Mt. Charleston, Griffith, Mack’s North, Bonanza
Other: Frenchman Mtn
Here's David’s advice for new hikers:
Never quit! If you’ve never scrambled before, you will get sore but keep at it. Try to hike something 2-3 times a week. Pack a smile and your 10 essentials and be ready to have a good time. Plan for hikes to consume the entire day so you're not rushed or canceling at the last minute, it makes hiking with a group much more enjoyable.
