Bio:  I was raised in the northwoods of Wisconsin...brrr! I moved to Kingman, AZ in 2004 with my wife and two children for sunshine and warm weather.

Age:  58

Why I joined the 52 Peak Club:  I joined the 52 Peak Club because I wanted to be challenged both physically and mentally like I have never been before.  I wanted to share the adventure of the outdoors with like minded people. It has been an absolutely fantastic journey.

Date Completed:   6/2/2018

Toughest Peak:  They were all tough in their own way, but to pick a couple memorable, grueling hikes would be Rainbow Peak and Pine Creek Peak.

Favorite Hike:  Scrambling favorites were Ice Box Peak, Eva's Tower, White Pinnacle Peak and Holiday Peak.  My last card hike was Charleston Peak. Very demanding and rewarding to sit atop this peak after looking at it for three years and thinking Wow! I finally did it!

How Did I Feel When Done: Relieved, accomplished, and excited.  It took dedication, strength, courage, and endurance.  Thankful to have had the encouragement from the hike leaders and many new hiking friends.

Advice for New Hikers:  Always push yourself and know your limits.  Always have your safety and others at the top of your list. Enjoy your time outdoors because it is very special.
