( Hopefully as a retirement job )
Age: 8 in dog years
Why did you join the 52 Peak Club: I was overweight, taking BP meds.
And I had to make a lifestyle change. I just wished that I had found out about this club sooner in my life .
Date Completed all 52 Peaks: March 07, 2020
Toughest Peak: I would say the 5 Peak Mummy Mountain hike .
Favorite Hike: Each of these peaks have their own. Allure. I would say I like most of them !
How did you feel once you became a 53er: Sense of extreme accomplishment and relief! It’s like what I felt after soloing an Airplane for the first time .
Advice for new hikers: Listen to your Hike Leaders, always ask Questions, the only stupid questions are the ones never asked.
Some of your fellow hikers in this club have a wealth of hiking safety and survival knowledge . Know your limits, don’t rush . You will have off days and Great days on these trails and Peaks . But never give up , most successful people has had failures .
Most of all enjoy your hikes !
