• A Google Calendar appointment will be sent within 24 hours.
• The meeting time will reflect local Las Vegas time (Pacific Time).
• The calendar invite will include the designated meeting location, parking details, and a full packing list.
• Final logistics will also be confirmed via email.
Please review the calendar invitation carefully and accept it once received so we both have the same confirmed details.

Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate personal gear. A full packing list will be included in your calendar invitation. Typical items include:
• Sturdy hiking shoes or boots
• Small backpack
• 2–3 liters of water (minimum)
• Snacks or lunch
• Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
• Seasonal layers appropriate for desert conditions
If you anticipate needing gear, please coordinate with me in advance so arrangements can be made prior to the outing.
After we meet, there may be an opportunity to make a brief stop for water or snacks if needed, but participants should plan to arrive prepared.
